Lincoln Youth Wrestling
Lincoln Youth Wrestling is a youth wrestling organization run by Lincoln High School coaches and volunteers who are dedicated to teaching the sport of wrestling to kids from age 5 through 6th grade. Our goal is to introduce the sport of wrestling while building self-confidence, self-discipline, good sportsmanship and encouraging physical activity.

PRACTICES:
High School Practice begins on Monday
November 13th
stop and see Coach Ernster in Room A206 if you have any questions.
All practices will be held in the wrestling room at Lincoln High School. Park in the main lot and come in through door U - the gym and activities door.

· Practice Days are:
Mondays / Thursdays 6:00 – 7:30
· Beginner group and Advanced Group.
· We will likely warm up & review the basics as a group, then split up to focus on drills relevant to each group's skill set.
COST:
Cost: $100
Apparel:
Gym shorts and t-shirt is recommended for practices. No street shoes will be allowed on mat. Wrestling shoes or socks will be the only footwear allowed on the wrestling mats. Head gear is optional, but at this level most kids are not wearing head gear.
Singlet Policy:
A $50 refundable check is required for Lincoln Patriot singlet check-out.
